Payment is due at the time of visit. We currently accept cash, checks and credit cards. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
Insurance
We accept insurance! (provided your policy covers acupuncture) We are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and out-of-network providers with United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. We will gladly check with your healthcare provider regarding your policy coverage. Email us with the following info so we can verify your coverage, usually within a day:

Cancellation Policy:
We take pride in the quality of care we offer to our patients. In order to do this we have a strict cancellation policy. All appointments require advanced notification of cancellation by 9am of the previous business day prior to the scheduled appointment. Although we appreciate as much notice as possible, if sufficient time is not given, the full fee will be charged to the patient.
